START LOW. As always less is more, so just start small! Many people have ruined their tolerace to kratom by putting caution to the wind and not respecting the power of extracts, especially 7-OH extracts.
Make sure you have a proper scale.
This is an example of a milligram scale. Accurate to 3 decimal places (milligrams) “0.000g”. Ensure the scale is calibrated properly before entrusting it to measure ANYTHING accurately. The normal scales typically used “0.00g” are not sensitive or accurate enough to measure substances this powerful. 7-OH should not be eyeballed and those other scales do not have the capability to accurately detect doses this small!
